Samsung and Oracle have agreed to cooperate in the global IT-market

Samsung and Oracle decided to join forces to work together in the global market. The first task of the partners is the development of China’s logistics services market.

Subsidiary of the South Korean giant Samsung SDS, which specializes in providing services of information and communication technologies (ICT), signed with Oracle memorandum of understanding under which Samsung will use global affiliate program to optimize Oracle solutions using databases, middleware and systems “know -hau »Oracle to expand its presence in the logistics market in China.

Samsung solutions include logistics platform using technology “Internet of Things”, the tools and methods of processing and analyzing large amounts of data (Big Data, «Big Data”), Supply Chain Management.

Press secretary of Samsung SDS said that Chinese customers will be offered a variety of analytical models and high-performance platform for Big Data technology-based in-memory computing.
Under the deal, Samsung will also use Oracle solutions to improve their data centers in order to expand the range of cloud offerings.
